Nutrition consults are centered around improving an individuals state of health. Through the combination of a whole foods, plant-based diet and regular exercise, most chronic diseases can be prevented and in some cases reversed.

Fees
$125.00
• One hour initial consultation: this includes review of any tests and/or labwork.

$90.00
• For all follow-up consultations and additional consults for existing clients

• All services may be conducted in person or over the phone
• Payments are to be made at time of service if in person and payments for phone consultations are to be received before time of appointment.
• Excepted payment forms are cash, check or money order

• A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments

Sustainable Living Plan/Garden Design

Plans may include the following points, among other objectives:

1. How to best prepare your most suitable area for a variety of agricultural activities. (ie. gardening, grazing etc.)
2. How to best rotate crops
3. How to best raise a small flock of laying hens for egg production
4. How to improve soil conditions for an existing garden
5. how to effectively irrigate a garden space or crop

Fees
$140 Initial Design/Plan
$ 70/hr site improvement plus travel expenses, if required
