John teaches courses on a wide variety of topics in the field of nutrition and health.  These range from the very clinical to the completely kitchen-based.  Additionally, he offers programs on sustainable agriculture, gardening, fitness, and detoxification.  All of which are integral to optimal health.  His courses and lectures are offered nationally through schools, universities, corporations, and non-profit organizations.

Participants will walk away from any of these with a clear direction and the empowerment to find true health.  Examples of the most valuable information and skills acquired in these programs include: what to eat, how to cook, what to grow, why fermented foods are important to eat regularly, what types of exercise and exercise patterns are most beneficial and why, how to shop for the healthiest foods, and how health professionals can better read the blood work/lab values for their patients.

Any of these lectures or courses are sure to change your understanding of the food world!
